You send us your materials. We handle everything from there.
Who is Ship2Storage for?

Is Ship2Storage a 3PL?

What happens when my materials arrive at your warehouse?
When a shipment arrives, we receive it, inspect it, count and document the contents, photograph items as needed, label and organize everything, and confirm receipt with you. You will know what arrived and what condition it is in before it ever goes on a shelf.
What communication do we get about our inventory?
You get direct, human communication. If something arrives damaged, we tell you. If a quantity looks off from what was expected, we tell you. If we have a question before shipping, we ask first. You are not submitting tickets or waiting on automated responses. You are talking to people who know your program.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
If materials arrive damaged, we document it with photos and notify you immediately. We will not store and forget damaged inventory. You will know what the situation is so you can decide how to handle it before the next event.

Instead of materials scattering to offices, garages, or storage units after each event, they come back to one centralized warehouse where they are received, inspected, reorganized, and made ready for the next use. The cycle repeats cleanly every time.
Can materials be returned after an event?
Yes. After your event, materials ship back to Ship2Storage with return labels and logistics we provide. When they arrive, we receive them, inspect them for damage, document the condition, reorganize and restock them, and confirm everything is ready for the next deployment.
What happens after a trade show?
We provide return labels and coordinate inbound freight. When materials arrive, we intake them, inspect them, update inventory, and prepare everything for the next event. You do not chase boxes. You do not sort through what came back. We handle it and let you know when it is done.
Can we return only some items?
Yes. You can return all materials, a portion of them, or none depending on the program. Returns are managed based on your instructions.
Can Ship2Storage manage returns?

How much does commercial storage cost?
Most commercial programs fall between $295 and $585 per month depending on the amount of space, materials, and activity level. Send us photos and a description of your program and we will give you a clear estimate.
How does handling pricing work?
Handling is billed at $14 per quarter-hour, only when work is actually performed. This includes pulling, packing, labeling, kitting, inspection, restocking, and preparing shipments. You are not paying for idle warehouse time.
Are there setup fees?
No. Ship2Storage does not charge setup fees, processing fees, or require long-term contracts for typical commercial programs.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Commercial programs are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.
Do we need a warehouse lease?
No. Ship2Storage gives you access to warehouse space and a logistics team without a warehouse lease, warehouse staff, or warehouse overhead.
